The photograph ran with the cutline: “One peanut-sized spectator at the Police Circus parade yesterday got the once-over from one of the elephants making the march through the Downtown streets. The parade of performers invited youngsters of all ages to the 64th annual circus which will offer two performances today at Forbes Field. The Three Stooges are featured at the circus which will also present 100 acts by performers.”
